Build nested AND / OR / NOT logic
- Go to New eligibility rule.
- Add a condition (field, comparison, value).
- Use the group controls to combine conditions with AND or OR, and toggle NOT to negate an entire group.
- Nest groups inside groups as deep as you need — drag-and-drop to reorder.
